Too much content per page
A page with a headline, paragraph, chart, quote, and multiple icons has no clear reading order. Split distinct ideas or remove supporting material that does not change the conclusion.
Inconsistent visual rules
Changing margins, headline styles, color meanings, and page numbers forces the reader to relearn the design. Define a small system and vary it only to signal meaning.
Decoration without a job
Stock illustrations, gradients, and abstract shapes can create mood, but they should never reduce contrast or compete with the argument. Every prominent element needs a reader-facing purpose.
Skipping the small-screen test
Preview the complete carousel at feed size. Test the longest headline and densest page, not just the attractive cover. If either fails, adjust the system before export.
