Using Swipely

Acceptable use
Do not use Swipely to violate rights, distribute unlawful or harmful material, interfere with the service, bypass usage controls, or misrepresent generated content in a deceptive way.
Plans and billing
Paid features, limits, renewal terms, and prices are presented before purchase. Fees are charged through our payment provider and are subject to the cancellation and refund terms shown at checkout.
AI-generated output
Generated output may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing claims, rights, disclosures, and suitability before publishing or relying on the output.
Service changes
We may improve, modify, or discontinue parts of the service. Where practical, we will provide notice of material changes that affect paid access.
